Join us at Mischief on Canal for craft cocktails and small bites starting March 1st. We are celebrating our opening just in time for Seattle Cocktail Week and will have an exciting menu of top-notch cocktails. Seattle whiskey maven, Duncan Chase has joined our bartending team and we are delighted to share with you his fine tuned cocktail craftsmanship and extensive knowledge of whiskey. Our craft cocktail menu will feature unique NW inspired creations and a full line of mischievous classics. Rye whiskey will be a focus, but we also have some unique additions to the menu featuring our award winning barrel finished gin and brandy.
For cocktail week we will have a delightful but limited food menu featuring NW inspired small bites from our incredible chef John Wahlke including Beet pickled deviled eggs with herbed yolks and Whiskey BBQ Sliders with Purple Tibetan Ancient Grain Straight Rye Whiskey infused BBQ. We will be reveal our full food and cocktail menu mid March.
When the weather turns warm we will be opening our rooftop cocktail garden with stunning views of the canal. A great place to watch the parade of boats and bikes rolling by at sunset.
