Celebrate Dad with Mischief’s Canal Street Bourbon. Made traditionally, it’s the NW’s pure mountain water and grain from the Skagit Valley’s rich soil that set this Bourbon apart. Distiller Mike Sherlock ages his whiskey in toasted and charred white oak barrels. Then, when ready, he carefully choses barrels for delicious aroma and flavor…rich roast nuts, vanilla, light caramel & fresh oak.
Because your Dad is special, you wouldn’t toast him with just any rocks glass. Creative Director, Piper O’Neill designed these beautiful Diamond Whiskey glasses which are crafted by the artisans at Glass Eye Studio. Gorgeous diamond facets capture the warm color and nature of this marvelous Bourbon.
Sipping perfection for Dad! Cheers!

Summer Love at Mischief on Canal
Don’t you just love summer in Seattle? Mischief does!
The tent is down, sunlight floods the Courtyard and Chef John begins to reveal his summer menu. Meanwhile bar master Alana creates new, refreshing sips in the Canal Room. There’s nothing quite like a lazy summer afternoon on the Canal.
And, if you can snag a table on the beloved Rooftop Garden Terrace, you’ll be in Canal view heaven. But wait! We can’t open the Rooftop Terrace until we hire servers and a bartender. If you know of anyone, please have them call 206-419-4749. Quick! The rooftop is a great place to work.
Summer hours are Thursday-Friday 4-10 p.m., Saturday 1-9 p.m., and Sunday 1-7 p.m. 206-402-5755.
