Ever curious about where your whiskey comes from? Fremont Mischief Whiskeys and Spirits start with the farmer and the sustainably grown grains they produce. From there, the Fremont Mischief Distillery crew took a field trip this week to visit two additional partners: Skagit Valley Malting and Cairnsprings Mill to learn about the different varieties of barley, the malting and milling processes and how this influences the flavor of our whiskies & spirits.
