Here’s a fantastic dessert for you and your honey to share on Valentine’s Day, and of course there is whiskey in it! It’s a grown-up version of every kid’s favorite indulgence: a root beer float. But we are using ginger beer, vanilla ice cream, and our recently released 7-year Fremont Mischief Whiskey.
(Makes 1 cocktail)
Ingredients
2 ounces Fremont Mischief Whiskey
One or two (or more!) scoops of ice cream
Ginger beer
Rose for garnish
Procedures
Pour whiskey into a highball or tumbler glass. A beautiful glass adds to the romance, and we have a wonderful selection of vintage glassware.
Add one or two scoops of ice cream to your glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with rose.
