You will need:
1.5 oz Fremont Mischief Barrel Finished Gin
.5 oz Girl Meets Dirt Spiced Apple Shrub
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
top with Champagne
Combine Barrel Finished Gin, Spiced Apple Shrub, and Angostura Bitters.
Add Ice and Stir.
Top it off with some champagne.
Garnish with Granny Smith apple slices, and enjoy!
