Whiskey Sour

3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce simle syryp
3/4 ounce egg white (or aquafaba*)

2 ounces Canal Street Bourbon

Add lemon, simple, Bourbon and egg white to shaker. Add Ice and shake well (Wet Shake). Then strain out all the ice and shake again (Dry Shake). Strain into chilled coup glass. Top with aromatic bitters and amarena cherry. Enjoy!

*What is Aquafaba? A delicious and easy vegan alternative to egg white is to use the leftover liquid from cooked chickpeas. You can open a can of unsalted chickpeas and use the juice as a direct substitute for obtaining a frothy egg white in any cocktail.
