Holiday Manhattan

A different spin on a Manhattan cocktail. The Manhattan was invented by a bartender named Black in the 1860s at a bar on Broadway near Houston Street in New York City.

Ingredients

2 oz. Fremont Mischief Whiskey
1 oz. Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
1/2 oz. dry vermouth
2 dashes Aromatic Bitter Face Bitters (or Fee’s Old Fashioned or angostura bitters)

1 oz. Poma Liqueur
1 oz. Lemon Juice
2 small cubes of Pineapple

Mischief’s Adult Float

Here’s a fantastic dessert for you and your honey to share on Valentine’s Day, and of course there is whiskey in it! It’s a grown-up version of every kid’s favorite indulgence: a root beer float. Candied Cranberry Cocktail Garnish

These lovely little garnishes are the perfect holiday treat and will liven up any cocktail. They can be cooked up well in advance, we have found they last at least a week. They are also tart and delicious, we found ourselves snacking on them like candy!
